General Preferences
most of them fit both fics and fanart, though I have written them for writers

DO NOT WANT

- Non-canonical character death (especially, of course, in the pairings I requested, but also in general) - temporary character death is okay, but the "dead" character should be back with the others in the end (or at least the way back should begin to be paved)

- Funerals (comes from my RL abhorrence for them – too much bad emotion!) – visits to existing gravesites (with or without a heartfelt, one-sided conversation) are okay, though!

- Hurt without comfort

- Super dark!characters (accidental darkness (i.e. a character following another one in a manner that borders on stalking, but stays on the rather humorous side, especially if the followed character notices it early on and decides to play along) is okay, the same goes for using manners that are not exactly only on the good side to reach their goal ;)

- Character or ship bashing (If you can't stand a character/ship, please man up and contact the mods for a change, or reach out to me somehow, maybe we can find a way)

- No discussion of real-life politics and the awfulness therein!

- Rape/non-con (dub-con is okay to a certain degree - if you're not sure, please reach out)

- Breakup fic (you can break them up, but bring them back together in the end)

- Characters being shown as dumb / demoted in their intelligence / reduced to being just a "tool" in someone else's belt.

- No sexual situations with underage characters. Please age them up if you want to create something with them.

- for any A/B/O tags – no characterization of omegas as “birth machines” or demoting them their basic human rights

- When writing characters with a disability (in canon/temporary) – please don’t picture that disability as a handicap (e.g. a blind character that has to completely rely on other people to get the most basic things in live done). A lot of disabled people in RL have adapted and live a wonderful, rich life like any other, so please keep that in mind.

- Another absolute No-Go for me: ANY form of racism, misogyny, discrimination because of sexual orientation, gender, religion or color (not even a trace of it, please!).

Smart characters!
Or (at least) being competent in what they are doing, even when they know there might be consequences (can also be used as a kink!)

Idiots in Love!
Which means for me the characters are pining for each other without knowing the other's true feelings, and usually realize it later on (with or without some helping hands!)

Everybody's Alive!
Most of my fandoms have their share of sad-ending relationships (in any flavor), so if you can give me some happy ending, with nobody dying (as noted above, temporary deaths are okay), and with as much fluff as you can, I'm (more than) good!

Romance Tropes!
I'm pretty much game for almost all of them XD (if written in a good way), but I have kind of a soft spot for the following: friends with benefits (that might evolve into something more serious), slight jealousy/possessiveness (not over the top display, please, but simple gestures/words are okay - as long as both partners can laugh about it afterwards, you're good), Cuddling (works also on the friendship front), Misunderstandings (as long as they are clarified and don't drive a wedge between the characters), Fake Dating (that evolves into real dating), Fake Marriage, A/B/O (in a way that doesn't display omegas as birthing machines only/demotes them to humans with no rights whatsoever), Bed Sharing (both at the beginning of a love relationship or friendship), Meet-Cutes (and Meet-Uglys that get turned around)

AUs!
Don't get me wrong, I love my fandoms just right as they are (in terms of setting/time and all that jazz), but I love reading about the characters in a different time/setting. Favorites include: Space AU, Modern AU (for any fandom that's usually set in an earlier time frame - vice versa for any modern setting fandom), Band AU

Working relationships!
In a way where the characters have managed to have an established relationship while working in the same field (for example cops, or FBI agents), probably despite the misgivings of their bosses, but now they have to live with the "consequences" aka the emotions that threaten to take them over when the other half is in a dangerous situation (and yes, they know each other better, but especially when one of them is known for reckless behavior, they can't help but worry, most of the time to the slight amusement of their colleagues)

Case fics!
Be it within the lines of the established fandom setting or in an AU, a clever written case, with some unexpected twists and turns and some mystery (that isn't too difficult to explain in the end), is very welcomed and enjoyed at this place!

Smut!
As I love to write whenever something like this letter comes up - I'm a big girl, so don't hesitate to go as smutty as you are comfortable with! First times are as perfect as new sides in an established relationship - as long as the characters are happy afterwards, I'm as well! For Artists: don't be afraid to show certain bits (both boys and girls) ;)

Crossovers & Fusions!
I usually request this in signups only if I have a slot free, but I’m always open for crossovers (even with fandoms I’m not so familiar with XD). The same goes for fusions (e.g. Neal Caffrey being an MI-6 agent like James Bond, maybe meeting him).

Music!
I'm a music aficionado at heart (with a heavy preference for music up until the early 1990's), a huge Bon Jovi fan, but if you can incorporate any song out there, feel free to broaden my horizon, so to speak. I also never say no to any kind/variation of Band AU/Musician AU.

Strong Female Characters!
That’s something that turned up on my radar rather recently XD I love independent characters in general, but there’s something about it in combo with a female character. And if they have a so-called “weak” moment, it’s either because they chose it themselves, or that they feel comfortable enough in the company of others to let their guard down.

There's definitely more to these lists, but these are my absolute favorites (or dislikes). And I repeat once again: If you're not sure about anything, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Star Wars Original Trilogy

As said in other letters, I took my sweet time to get to both the Original and the Sequel trilogies. Sure, I knew who Leia, Luke or Han were, but I definitely couldn't tell you more details about their lives at all. I redeemed myself by watching all eleven movies in January 2022, and what can I say? I fell in love with many characters, especially the space princess rebel named Leia Organa.

Star Wars Prequel Trilogy

For a long time, these three movies were the only Star Wars I had seen. And while I can now say that they are the "weakest" three in the entire saga, they still are better than critics would want you to believe. Like I said with the Sequels, some things could have done differently, but then again, that's where we fanfic authors come in, right? ;) Padmé is, hands down, my favorite female character in the Prequels, with Obi-Wan as her male counterpart, and I'm shipping them two together XD (or with Ani as a real power trio ;) ) Feel free to have her handmaidens around, as well as almost everyone else on the good side (yes, including Jar Jar XD), but keep Palpatine to a minimum, please.

Star Wars Sequel Trilogy

Out of the three movie trilogies of the Skywalker Saga, this is the one I'm feeling most "at home". Can't really explain why, but despite all the bad calls from the public, I love these three movies. Would some things be better if done differently? Sure, but that's something that they have in common with a large quantity of movies. Poe is my #1 favorite character, followed by all the other characters on the good side. Both Hux and Ben are growing on me, but I definitely can do without Snoke, period (and of course, Palpatine and Pryde as well) XD

Star Wars The Clone Wars

Came into the series in my quest to see everything that belongs to the Star Wars universe (so far), and I not only loved the way Anakin was portrayed for the better part of the show, including his far slower descent into the dark side, but also all the wonderful female characters we finally got to meet, beginning with Ahsoka, Satine, Bo-Katan, and of course, Padmé. Have seen the entire series, so feel free to use spoilers/contents from the episodes.

Star Wars Crossovers

This is kind of a "What if...?" category in this letter XD What if Anakin never fell to the dark side and lived to raise his kids? How would his relationship with Luke change? Or in a different scenario, Anakin/Darth manages to find the boy on Tatooine and turn him to the dark side at a young age... Or what if Mace Windu was the one to escape with Luke to Tatooine and watch over him, instead of Obi-Wan? And last but not least: what if "Revenge Of The Sith" didn't play out as seen and Luke (and Leia) had a normal childhood with both his parents around? As mentioned, even though she's not in the pairings, feel free to have Leia around as well (you can't have one twin without the other, in my humble opinion XD)

Star Wars - Obi-Wan Kenobi

Ever since I saw the Prequel Trilogy for the first time, Obi-Wan was one of my favorite characters. Which was mostly due to the way Ewan McGregor played him. So, of course, I was stoked when the series was announced. But still, I had my reservations. Would the returning actors be able to pick up where we were left off? How would the new ones fit in? Well, for the first question - that's a definite yes. Ewan does a phenomenal job, and to me, it's like he's slowly closing the gap between "his" Obi-Wan and the way Alec Guinness portrayed him. Hayden has matured since "ROTS", and this time, his Anakin and Darth Vader are way better. As for the new characters - it's partly good, but partly a hit-and-miss. The Inquisitors were rather weak (compared how they were in "Rebels"), but Indira Varma as Tala Durith, Vivien Leigh Blair as young Leia and Kumail Nanjiani as Haja Estree were standing out (to me). As mentioned, keep the Inquisitors to a minimum in your work, please.

The Mandalorian & The Book Of Boba Fett

Back when the first season of "The Mandalorian" was announced and later aired, I wasn't as interested in the whole Star Wars universe as I am now XD Nonetheless, I redeemed myself since then, and I absolutely love the father-son relationship of Mando and Grogu *melts* Speaking of Grogu: he has to be the greatest scene stealer ever! I also love Fennec (thanks to Ming Na-Wen), Bo-Katan, Cobb, Boba, Greef, Cara, and Peli (along with her droids XD) Luke was quite a surprise (even though I knew about before seeing the episodes), but like many others, I wished for a different solution for his reappearance XD

Dune (2021)

When this movie was announced, I firmly told myself that I wouldn't watch it, since my mind was still attached to the mini-series of the early 2000s. And I actually couldn't imagine Jason Momoa as Duncan Idaho XD Boy was I wrong! In my quest to watch everything Oscar Isaac has done so far, I couldn't leave this one out after all, and I was really surprised on both guys. Oscar's Leto is quite different to, let's say, Poe or Steven/Marc (from Moon Knight), but if anything, it shows how much talent this guy has. Duncan came as a real surprise, and Jason really sold his acting chops to me. Jessica is an intriguing character, as was Gurney Halleck, but I was a tad disappointed in Paul Atreides. Maybe it's the writing in that phase of the entire story, maybe it's the actor, but I wasn't really invested in his progress. Feel free to leave him out, as well as the Harkonnen house and Stilgar.
