Next to Neal, Dean Winchester is in the top 3 of my favorite TV characters. And that place is earned mostly for Jensen's acting skills. Over the course of the last 11 years, we saw him displaying so many different layers of Dean to give "Fifty Shades" a complete new definition. This batch was made for Round 78 over at character20n20. aww, thank you!! To be honest, I'm really proud of how that one turned out XD Had a different pic with a different song planned, but while scrolling through my rather large collection I more or less stumbled over that one, and my mind provided me with the right lyrics X)

Yeah, the character arc is a bit spoilery, but only a bit. As I said at the beginning, Jensen shows us so many layers of Dean that even with these five pics, there's so much more between them. And I definitely suggest you should watch it. Sure, the show is a mystery/horror/monster show, but the wonderful on-screen chemistry between Jensen and Jared (Padalecki) is worth watching it.

OMG. The lighting and sharpening in that 2nd to last alt are AMAZING. So clean and simple yet STRIKING. Really enjoying the blue tones in Tough, too!

That unique icon is really lovely- I like how you interpreted that aas that shot is so unique indeed. Great colouring in that icon too. I also really like the colouring in alt6 and the contrast in particular alt7. Pretty!

Awww, the many awesome faces of Dean ♥ I've been thinking of rewatching the first 2 or 3 seasons when the boys were still younger and things were so much simpler :P Dean is such a cutie :D

Oh, you definitely should do that XD Whenever someone mentions a rewatch of the first few seasons, I can't help but think of Sam in late Season 5, when he asks Dean if he remembers when they were "just" hunting Wendigos.
