Of all the wonderful female characters we have met in the show so far, Ellen was, in my opinion, the closest to a mother figure both Winchester boys could get. She was fierce, could stand her ground, didn't take any crap from the boys, and most of all, she saw that Sam and Dean couldn't be held responsible for the actions of their father. And her end, alongside her daughter Jo, is still the saddest scene in SPN history for me. This batch was made for Round 18 of spn20_20. Enjoy!
