Yep, he is! I know, he looks just soo different as Eomer that it's really hard to believe it's one and the same man ;) You should see caps from his first TV appearances in New Zealand and Australian soaps - babyface all the way! I had pretty much the same reaction to them as you have with Eomer - had to look (at least) twice to recognize him!
