Now let's talk about Bucky! I had a slightly similar reaction as you - I liked Bucky well enough in CA TFA, but nothing super sparked my interest despite seeing some people on sites like tumblr being gaga for Bucky/Stucky. Then I saw Winter Soldier and became a lot more interested in Bucky, as well as being open to the idea of Stucky. [though at this point, it was just "well I don't dislike the idea, if it comes up in a fanfiction I'm not going to stop reading because of it. *I was still considering Steggy my Marvel otp then]

But it wasn't until Civil War that something just clicked for me... I saw just how much Steve truly loves Bucky - and that's not fangirl shit, the man broke so many laws, went against people he's been working closely with for years, people he also cares about - for this man that is more important than ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING GOD DAMN IT! James "Bucky" Buchanan Barnes is the MOST IMPORTANT THING TO STEVE AND I WILL FIGHT ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE!

So yeah, I've been hardcore on the Bucky train since TWS, and Stucky since Civil War!
