The Last Tycoon - Production Update

According to Matt Bomer UK Fansite (on Facebook) and actress Kerry O'Malley (on Twitter), Season 1 of "The Last Tycoon" will consist of 9 episodes (8 new + last year's pilot). So far, no date has been set for its return to Amazon (the bets are off that it might be closer to Summer), but I will keep you updated as soon as words are out.

thank you! One of my favorite pics from the pilot, and I think it's even one of your caps I used for that (made that already last year, while I was doing a 20in20 with our lovely "Stahr", so I can't really remember ;) ) And yes, he's an absolutely gorgeous man!!

Yeah, and for once I'm glad that I joined both the fray on FB and Twitter, so I get at least a bit of them too. They really keep filming under covers (and us fans on our toes!), except for some set pics of a bunch of vintage cars and the one of Matty with one of the crew I haven't seen anything from the filming so far.

I admit I'm not that familiar with Amazon Prime series, so I don't know why they want to stray from their regular ten episodes. Anyway, we'll know for sure when they make it available, and as you said, we gladly take what they offer ;)
