Summary: Neal didn’t just do that, did he?

Notes: Written for challenge #6 “AO3tags” over at [livejournal.com profile] gameofcards. While there was literally a ton of tags that appealed to my muse, I finally settled on those from Feb 27, 2017. Title comes from a movie with Kirsten Dunst and means (according to urbandictionary) "Archaic 1920s American slang that in various contexts refers to one or more of "excellent", "stylish", or "impressive to the ladies"." Rated M for a reason (naughty boys!), peeps! Enjoy!

Now that Phase 9 of [livejournal.com profile] gameofcards is over, I thought it would be nice to show you all the various artworks I've done for the challenges. A phase runs approximately 3 months and is filled with tons of fun! (you'll never believe how much creativity is hidden in yourself!) Warning: IMAGE-HEAVY!!

Sigtags

You need these little beauties whenever you post a response to a challenge. It's helping the mods to keep tracks of your participations (and in case you post to the wrong team thread). See them as kind of a business card, telling everyone which team you're on.

Sigtags Galore... )

Icons

Iconing around the fandoms... )

Graphic Mix

Fanart, Icons, Sigtags... )

Special - Joker Challenge

For this challenge, issued by our awesome mod kitty, we had to spread our wings (so to speak). There were games (like doing a labyrinth, finding words, do a quiz, a puzzle, or coloring a page), we had to post screencaps, do icons, sigtags, and last but not least, one big graphic - with all artworks somehow linked to the landcomm's general theme of card games.

A bunch of handsome guys... )

Team Battles

Next to the regular challenges, that are open to all members of all teams, each team can issue a so-called "battle" in order to get more points (most likely to happen among the first two teams). Usually, these battles are themed, but what you do with that theme, it's solely up to you.

Battlegrounds this way... )

Fanfiction

As a writer at heart, I can't resist writing challenges ;) So, next to the graphic challenges, I also wrote several stories for this phase:

Writer's Digest... )

If you have any questions about a challenge, how [livejournal.com profile] gameofcards works, or about any of the artworks above, just drop me a PM or a comment ;)

Summary: Peter and Neal take a break from planning their wedding to join their superhero friends in the first of a slew of Christmas activities.

Notes: Written for [livejournal.com profile] gameofcards Challenge 37 – Holiday Word List, using all the words provided (ribbon, ornaments, icicles, mistletoe, elf, tinsel, jingle, gingerbread, wrapping, paper, presents). Head Nurse Robbins is named after Dr. Arizona Robbins from “Grey’s Anatomy” (who is a pediatric doctor), and Tony borrows a line from Eliot Spencer, who says exactly the same words in the pilot of “Leverage”. Set in my “The Archer & The Con Man” series, somewhere between “Date (With A Surprise)” and an upcoming wedding story.

Merry Christmas!!

Summary: A police station somewhere in the vast Midwestern. Not the kind of place where you would think a lifelong friendship would start, huh? Or getting a job offer? Unless it is. In both cases.

Notes: Crossover between my two most favorite fandoms – White Collar and Marvel’s The Avengers. Set very pre-series for White Collar and equally pre-movies for The Avengers, since our main characters are two wayward young men and a much younger S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. Part of a new (hopefully) series, where I tap into some aspects of their friendship, their interactions with each other, and meeting some of the other’s most important people. Written for [livejournal.com profile] gameofcards Challenge #6 and the prompt “Police Station”. Oh, and the two are a bit closer in age than their respective actors. Unbetaed, so if you spot any typos and/or grammar errors, please point them out to me. Enjoy!
