I finally finished both of my entries for the WC Reverse Big Bang, and honestly, I'm glad. While it was one kind of a blast, I was thrown into a loop by a sudden bout of writer's block quite in the middle, and that's just frustrating. But, as the saying goes, all's well that ends well (with a total word count shy below 40,000 words), and I can read the entries so far to this year's BB.

Even though it's for spn_j2_bigbang, there are some resources every writer, no matter what fandom he/she is in, should take into consideration!

We are getting closer to the author draft deadline and I know many people are looking for some extra motivation.

But first, it's been mentioned to me two separate times that people are reluctant to ask me (specifically) questions. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS. I want you to be successful and will do whatever is needed to make that happen. Just email spnj2bigbang@gmail.com -- I am here to help YOU.

To clear up a couple of things...yes, you can turn in your draft before May 1. (Please, please, PLEASE turn in your draft before May 1!!) In April, I will make a more detailed post about how to turn in your story and exactly what needs to be included. But in the meantime, here is the template from last year, which you still can use until the new one is posted.

Your story MUST be a complete first draft (NOT the same things as a final draft!!), with a beginning, middle and end, with no "insert scene here" placeholders and at least 20k words. No extensions will be given for any reason. It's May 1 or bust. OK?

Also, if you want to drop out, all you need to do is not turn in a May 1 draft. Easy-peasy!

Keep going guys, you so can do this!
