We're in the homestretch, so to speak, until the launch of "Avengers: Infinity War" (not even three weeks now), and of course, Marvel dishes out some new promotional material. Though this time, they excelled themselves (or almost XD). I can't really remember all the character posters we got over the last 10 years, but I like to think that (at least) this first set is exceptional beautiful.

Stunning, aren't they? Well, there's still some gaps left *cough* Hawkeye, Ant-Man, Loki *cough*, but overall, I love that Marvel knows how to treat the fans. Oh, and speaking of... here's a second set (don't know if it's official or not, found them on IMDB in a poll), but still, these are equally gorgeous, and I especially love the comic vibe coming from them.

Among all the hair colors, red definitely has a special place. Over centuries, people with red hair were doomed from birth. But these days, more and more celebrities show up with one or more shades of red - from flaming red to a reddish-brown or a red-blond variety. This batch was made for round 15 over at redheads20in20, which was a special celebrity round. Enjoy!

I don't think I exaggerate when I say that before 2016, the first thing that would come to one's mind upon hearing the name "Emma Stone" would be the two "Spider-Man" movies she did with her (now former) boyfriend Andrew Garfield. I for myself have only seen the end of the second one (lost interest in that part of the comic world after the final part of the first trilogy), and that's about what I have seen of her so far. But I have films like "Magic In The Moonlight", "Gangster Squad", and most of all, "La La Land" already high up on my watchlist. This batch was made for Round 11 over at redheads20in20 (on LJ). Enjoy!

PS: This will be probably the last icon set for some time. I have stories to write, and I honestly lost a bit of my enthusiasm for iconing. But that doesn't mean that I will abandon it completely, just for the next future without any pressure (and I'll still will participate in my smaller icon challenges ;) )
